Taehyun of South Korean boy band WINNER has suspended all of his group activities citing an aggravated mental condition, his agency said on Wednesday.
According to its agency YG Entertainment (YG) on October 12, the group is currently at an unexpected incident, so its new album can’t be released at this time due to Nam Tae Hyun’s health issue.

Nam Tae Hyun has had a psychological problem ever since he was a trainee and it recently got worse for few months. YG set a few meetings with him and his family and it judged to postpone the group’s activities for a while since the members’ health should be priority.
The reason why the agency couldn’t make such an announcement faster was that the group would continue its activities as soon as Nam Tae Hyun gets well soon, but he couldn’t make it on time. Currently, Nam Tae Hyun is spending his time at his home, not dormitory and paying attention to his recovery.
YG can’t say a specific time of WINNER’s comeback, but the agency will pour everything out for overcoming the first struggle that it faced.
