JYP’s multinational girl group just proved that they are a wall in the industry as they have surpassed a highly significant record, previously held by S.E.S., a first-generation girl group trio formed by SM Entertainment in 1997.
JYP Entertainment confirmed to Forbes magazine that TWICE sold over 6 million albums since their debut in 2015. They sold 3.7M Korean albums and 2.3M Japanese albums worldwide.
TWICE has released 16 albums so far. They had 4 Japanese albums and 12 Korean releases since debut. They recently returned with their seventh EP, “Fancy You” on April 22, 2019.

The group will also embark on a world tour in support of their latest EP. It follows their 2018 EP Yes or Yes.

TWICE has not even reached five years yet, but their growth and accomplishments are already colossal for a K-Pop girl group!
