For the first time in the country where a K-pop concert would have a press conference, all the big media from Chile was gathered waiting for the idols to appear. However, due to the big interest of the fans, the venue where this was supposed to happen—Plaza Egana Mall, was completely overwhelmed by the excited fans trying to see their favorite idols. Eventually, this lead to the cancelation of the event for security reasons, according to the official statements from SM Entertainment and NoiX Entertainment.

It’s important to know that they made this cancelation to ensure both the people and the idols’ security, especially considering that this will be the first time for some groups to present in the country and may not know how fans may behave.

This may be a bad first step for the incoming show, but this reflects the big interest of the fans and surely was a preview for the amazing support that the groups will receive today and tomorrow—in what will be the biggest K-pop festival in the whole continent.
