Song Joong-ki (Hangul: 송중기; born September 19, 1985) is a South Korean actor, model and host.
Song Joong-ki rose to fame in 2010 with the historical drama Sungkyunkwan Scandal (성균관 스캔들) and variety show Running Man.
Song played his first TV leading role in the melodrama The Innocent Man (2012).
He has also starred in feature films, notably as the titular character in the box office hit, A Werewolf Boy in 2012.
After his mandatory military service, he took on the lead role in the 2016 drama, Descendants of the Sun.
