After a year from their debut and the amazing hits such as, “DALLA DALLA” and “ICY,” ITZY made their comeback this year with a new mini album called, “IT’z ME” which was released on March 9th at 6PM KST.
2019 was a successful year for the K-Pop rookie girl group, ITZY. The girls already have many achievements and won awards as Best Female New Artist and Best Rookie Girl Group of the Year.
They dropped a music video for the title track “WANNABE.”
It’s a powerful video and the song’s message is that you should be just yourself. It says, “I don’t wanna be somebody. Just wanna be me, be me, I wanna be me, me, me.”
The song’s lyrics express their desire to be themselves and this is what the five members showed in their MV scenes.
The MV achieved more than 33 million views in just two days on YouTube.
