The multi-talented celebrity arrived in Manila just before the final full moon of the decade reach peak fullness at 12.12am on 12/12 (ET). The last full moon of 2019 is known as the Full Cold Moon, which will rise in Gemini. Since IU recently starred as Jang Man Wol in the 2019 Korean drama “Hotel Del Luna,” fans couldn’t help but connect the dots and share amusing posts online about her timely arrival in the city that never sleeps.
