KPC K-Asian Festival Tickets Giveaway Official Rules

Eligibility: This KPC giveaway is open to anyone, who are age eighteen (18 or older) at the time of entry and who are able to travel to Incheon, South Korea (“Entrant”).

Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the KPC giveaway, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these official rules and regulations (the “Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor(s), which are final and binding in all matters related to the KPC giveaway.

Entry Period: This KPC giveaway begins on August 13, 2019 and ends on August 19, 2019 at 5pm KST (the “Entry Period”).

To Enter: You may enter the KPC giveaway by completing all of the steps mentioned in the official post.

Selection of Winner: Prize winners of this KPC giveaway will be randomly selected from all entries meeting the requirements of the Official Rules. The winners will be selected on August 19, 2019. Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail, direct message, or mention on SNS. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address or physical address of Entrant. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

In the event that we cannot contact a winner within 24hrs after the announcement of winners, the Prizes will be awarded to a new winner.

Prize(s): Twenty (20) winners will receive at least one (1) or more VIP event ticket/s each. All (3-day) tickets are for the K-Asian Festival events to be held from August 23-25, 2019 (the “Prize”).

The Prizes may only consist of what is listed above. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

Claiming: The Sponsor may or may not offer additional gifts upon awarding the Prizes to the winners or verified representatives in person, three hours before the event starts on August 23, 2019 at the venue (Incheon Asiad Main Stadium). Each of the winners will be requested to write a short travel essay, create a photo diary, OR a vlog after the event, which will be released on kpopchannel.tv for other fans to see. ^^

Travel. Winner is responsible for any expenses not expressly included in the Prize description, such as ground transportation, incidentals, meals beverages and any other expenses.

Employees of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and fulfilment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the KPC giveaway.

By participating, Entrants and Prize winners agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor Release Parties from and against any claims made by any Entrant, Prize winner, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this KPC giveaway as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in any promotion related activity or participation in this KPC giveaway. Released Parties are not responsible if Prizes cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, postponements, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
