South Korean boy band EXO became the first Asian group to grace the cover of a high-profile Italian fashion magazine, its management agency said Wednesday.
‘L’Uomo Vogue’ is known to be the men’s version of the famous ‘Vogue’ magazine.
The nine-member act appeared on the cover of the December 2016 issue of the prestigious L’UOMO VOGUE, claiming their fame in Europe as well, according to S.M. Entertainment.
“EXO’s influence goes beyond music to the realm of fashion and style,” the magazine lauded the stars in an article, highly assessing the group’s remarkable records and achievements.
The artists have recently celebrated their wins along with other groups last Dec 2 at the 2016 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) at AsiaWorld-Expo Arena in Hong Kong. They won the Album of the Year award for the fourth consecutive year. They also took home three more awards, including best male group artist.
The nine-member group was also the only Korean group to make Fuse’s ‘20 Best Songs of 2016’ list with their hit track ‘Monster’.
Congratulations EXO! Stay hot and on top!
