EXID have continued building up hype for their next comeback buy releasing a series of image teasers of the members.
According to EXID’s agency Banana Culture, the group will release a full length album titled “Street” on June 1. This is the group’s first release since their last album, “Hot Pink,” last November.
The title track, “L.I.E,” is said to be much different than the group’s previous hits “Up Down,” “Ah Yeah,” and “Hot Pink,” so it remains to be seen whether their new musical style will work out for them. As is usual with EXID songs, rapper LE helped compose and write lyrics for the track.
Their agency has confirmed that production of the album is going smoothly. “We finished filming the music video and took photos for the album ocver last week. We are currently working on the final details of the album.”
“We hope that everyone enjoys EXID’s musical growth since their debut five years ago,” the agency added.
So far, one group teaser and two individual teasers of members Solji and Hyerin.
In addition, EXID gave their top fans a special pre-screening of the title track at an official fan club event in Seoul on May 21.
