Panda Express®, the largest family-owned and operated Asian dining concept in America, is bridging cultures through food and music during Asian Pacific Heritage Month (APAHM) with global media company 88rising on their launch of ASIA RISING FOREVER Global Festival.

Hosted by rapper Dumbfoundead, the four-hour long livestream on May 6, will feature 88rising’s top artists like Rich Brian, NIKI, Inigo Pascual, Kang Daniel, CLC, LOONA and more with exclusive interviews, intimate performances, and surprise challenges like a cooking segment with NIKI to recreate the iconic American Chinese staple from Panda Express—the Original Orange Chicken®.

Panda Express will also make a contribution to 88rising’s charitable partner Asian American Advancing Justice (AAJC), a national 501 (c)(3) nonprofit, to support their efforts in combating xenophobia during the COVID-19 pandemic, through training and
various community initiatives.

For nearly 50 years, Panda Express has been the first taste of Chinese culture for millions of people all over the world. As long-time advocates for diversity in culture and in thought, the American Chinese restaurant brand continues to celebrate authentic origins and originality of their people and those around them. Panda is proud to support inspiring individuals such as the team and artists of 88rising, a trailblazer in the music industry that provides Asian artists a global platform to connect with people of all colors and backgrounds through music.

Starting May 4th, Panda Express is bringing back its popular $20 Family Meal promotion, including two large sides and three large entrees, just in time for fans to enjoy their Panda favorites with friends and family while tuning into ASIA RISING FOREVER.
